VALUE ADDED SERVICE MAGENTA TALK
After the activation of the VAS MagentaTalk feature, you gain the possibility to make/receive standard calls and send SMS from the app to/from other app users or people that do not have the app. The app is fully integrated with your standard calling, thus providing an all-in-one communication platform, differing from other communication platforms.

ONE NUMBER ACROSS MULTIPLE DEVICES
Your phone numbers are virtualized and can be used on any device without switching SIM cards. You have access to mobile number, calls, messages from any device (desktop, tablet, mobile phone) everywhere when logging in to the app or using the website via your credentials.web.magentatalk.com

CALLING AND MESSAGING 1:1/1:MANY
You can make internet calls and send chat messages to every app user. MagentaTalk gives the possibility to chat to one or up to 50 users at the same time. You can insert pictures and videos, add emoji, send voice messages, share location and send contacts while messaging. Communication to non-app users is also possible using the “Open Space” feature via open.magentatalk.com/youropenspace

VIDEO CALL & GROUP VIDEO CALL
Not only does MagentaTalk let you video call one person, but you can also include more people into your group video call while having the best video call experience. Share live moments with your beloved ones.

REQUIREMENTS
To activate the free VAS MagentaTalk, you need to be a Slovak Telekom Happy Tariff customer. Other customers are notified that they need the correct tariff to activate the VAS MagentaTalk and are redirected to the purchase process.

RESTRICTIONS
Customers who have not activated the VAS MagentaTalk, cannot make or receive standard calls or send SMS from the MagentaTalk app.
